Dreams really can come true & 11 years on, here we are still welcoming guests to our unique little green shepherds hut here in Eyam. You might say we’re pretty good at it, knowing how to encourage you to relax & unwind from your busy lives & escape & explore for a few days… all whilst offering you a quirky, cosy & romantic bolthole.

In 2023 we added our little cottage to the mix. A quirky little property right here in Eyam where we offer you exactly the same as our little green hut, only you can bring your paws & there is even a little bedroom if you have an extra one.

Our shepherds hut is nestled in a quiet little corner of our large garden here in Eyam, the famous “Plague” village. We’re just up the hill so the views are pretty special, looking down into the village & you can even see the church lit up at night. We offer B&B style accommodation for two adults, with a breakfast basket included in your stay which means there’s no need to set the alarm, just take your mornings at your own leisurely pace.

The little cottage (Memorial Cottage) is right in the centre of Eyam, opposite the Rectory & near the Church. Its Grade 2 listed, cosy, calm, 2 comfy bedrooms & oozes character, with original beams, real fire & deep window seats to help you relax & unwind, escape & explore. It has a secure “yarden” ideal for the paws & a beautiful traditional kitchen with exposed stonework & beams, ideal for a self catering break.
